Whilst your Uvem HCPC is thoroughly tested before delivery, ineveitably there is a chance that something may go wrong at a later date. This could be as a result of hardware failure or software malfunction.

Should your problem be hardware related, arrangements to return your HCPC to Uvem will be made. Any faults occurring within the first 12 months will be repaired free of charge (subject to our standard terms and conditions).
